Cook Interview Questions 

Ask about their knowledge of Sky Dine and if there are any questions that they have regarding the job.

Review the hours, times and holiday requirements and ask if they are available for the times and days that we are hiring for.

• Tell me about your work history and how it best relates to this role.
• What is your favorite thing to cook? Least favorite?
• Tell me about a time that you had a disagreement with a co-worker and how did you handle it.
• When working in the kitchen what are safety protocols that are important to the quality of food?
• What do you enjoy about being a cook?
• Do you have an interest in other roles within our organization?
• If hired, when would you be available? Do you have any upcoming times that you would need to miss work such as trips or other events.

Do they have questions and if not walk them through the process, i.e. the timeframe and process of following up with them.
